The data on the LeadingRE marketing materials is based on RealTrends data that is released in late spring, typically the end of April or early May. After our marketing team receives the data they produce our materials, which are usually released in mid-May. Please know that the charts are always reflective of the previous year. As an example: the 2015 marketing materials display statistical data from 2014 and those materials are released during the second quarter of the year.
