If we give you access to our MLS, can you pull the necessary data?

Not at this time. We require that the data be converted into an XML file format and “pushed,” or uploaded to us, on a nightly basis. Unfortunately we cannot “pull” data from local MLS’s, for various data sets are used for so many different MLS’s.
