How do I add or remove an agent?

You can add an agent into the system by selecting “Add” and then “Agent” or you can download a current list of your agents by selecting “Administration” and then “Import Agents”. You can download the list by selecting “Click Here to Agent Export”. Once you download the list and add your agents following the format and make sure you save it to a CSV file prior to uploading it. To inactivate an agent, change the active indicator from True to False on the Excel File.
